Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of the product is only possible after post dispatch.If the product received is found as defective or broken after unboxng then the customer can put the cancel request by contacting us through customer support at this email info@telishhelmets.com or contacting us at this number - +91- 77172 51555, 9501100495.

Cancellation request will only be entertained with 24-48 hours of delivery.Cancellation is only approved if found following issues after delivery of the product ordered by user.

  • If Product received is different, it will be replaced. Return freight of the lot will be borne by us, and the new one will be sent at our cost too.
  • If the product is found damaged or broken or there is some manufacturing defect. Please make a unboxing video after receiving goods.Product will be replaced or refunded as per your need.Please email the unboxing video and attach pictures too by providing us the proof on our customer email id - info@telishhelmets.com. We will refund the money or replace the defective product as per your convenience.

Note-Without a proper video, replacement or return may be rejected. Cancellation requests will be processed with 24-48 hours of product delivered to the customer.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

  • In case of cancellation once the product has already been delivered, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
